Rinnai Corporation will be implementing the following personnel and organizational changes, including Executive Officer's Areas of Responsibility.
The structures of the Board of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board will be formally decided at the 71st General Meeting of Shareholders (to be held in late June 2021) and the subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors.

1Organizational Changes (effective April 1, 2021)

• The Technology Development Division of the Research & Development Headquarters will be abolished, and the Electronics Development Division and Component Technology Development Division will be newly established.
• The Production Engineering Division will be renamed the Production Engineering Headquarters.
• The Sales Promotion Division will be newly established in the Kanto Branch of the Marketing & Sales Headquarters to oversee sales strategies of the Kanto Branch.
• The Corporate Planning Division of the Corporate Planning Headquarters will be reorganized into the Corporate Administration & IR Division, the Corporate Strategy Division, and the Management Support Systems Division.
• The Information System Division will be separated from the Corporate Planning Headquarters and made into an independent organization.
