Notice on Construction Plan of New Integrated Logistics Center*

Rinnai Corporation (headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture; president: Hiroyasu Naito) is a comprehensive manufacturer of heating and energy appliances that supports people's heating and lifestyle needs. Rinnai plans to construct its new integrated logistics center (temporary name) in Kasugai, Aichi Prefecture, to improve logistics services to customers, enhance transport efficiency and streamline operations. This plan is conditioned upon approval of an application for development.

The planned location of the new integrated logistics center is ideal for building an efficient distribution system, well-placed with core production points in Aichi Prefecture--namely, the Oguchi Factory, in Oguchi-cho, Niwa-gun, and the Seto Factory and the Akatsuki Factory, both in the city of Seto--and offering excellent access to key highways.
Currently, the Integrated Logistics Center in Komaki, Aichi Prefecture, is responsible for storing and shipping finished products, and the Rinnai Parts Center, in Iwakura, Aichi Prefecture, is responsible for storing and shipping replacement parts and optional components. By bringing the activities of these facilities together at the new integrated logistics center, we will enhance transport efficiency and streamline operations while improving services for our customers.
