Rinnai Report 2024 (Integrated Report) Published
Rinnai Corporation (headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; president: Hiroyasu Naito) published its Rinnai Report 2024 (Integrated Report) on November 11, 2024.
Each year, we publish the Rinnai Report (Integrated Report) to describe our sustainability and ESG activities. In the process of preparing this year's report, we communicated with our various stakeholders to help them gain a firm understanding of activities and disclosures expected of us, and we engaged in repeated discussions internally with management and through our ESG Committee. In addition to this Rinnai Report, we will strive to accurately disseminate both financial and non-financial information through our corporate website and other means.
Taking into account the external environment and the demands of various stakeholders, we at Rinnai are identifying key materials issues that align with our management direction and philosophy. We have carefully organized the key themes we must tackle as a company, such as contributing to the global environment and ensuring customer safety. These efforts are detailed in this Rinnai Report. Additionally, we report on our activities related to themes that have gained attention in recent years, such as human capital, technological capital, and rapid advances in DX. These are presented alongside our medium-term business plan, New ERA 2025, and our carbon neutrality commitment, RIM 2050. In the context of ongoing globalization, we have interviewed key figures about our overseas business expansion and the technological development necessary for our environmental contribution efforts. In this report, we introduce the relationship between these initiatives and our business, as well as our future plans for their development.
Today, we are releasing a digest version of this report in PDF form. The full version containing more detailed content is set to be published by the end of September. Further case studies, detailed information, and related data will be progressively made available on the "CSR" section of our corporate website.
