Caution
When using a gas instantaneous hot-water heater, please make sure to ventilate either by using a fan or opening a window.
If a gas instantaneous hot-water heateris repeatedly used in an environment lacking sufficient ventilation, the user may suffer from carbon monoxide poisoning due to incomplete combustion. In the worst case, this could result in a fatality.
Actual case Although the battery replacement sign was indicated, a user kept using the equipment, which caused abnormal ignition.
Actual case A small hot-water heater was continuously used to supply hot water to a bath and shower for an excessively long time, causing incomplete combustion.
